Shutt USA Return Policy
Returning or Exchanging Merchandise When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about you order, as they may provide important information.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. The best way to request an RMA is by using the form at the bottom of this page. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. A 10% restocking fee is charged for every return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
Exchanges
Shutt USA will gladly exchange a product for another product of equal or greater value. No restocking fee is charged for exchanges. If you have decided to exchange your purchase for another item please email us with your situation and what you wish to exchange your item for.
Defective Returns If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive
defective merchandise, please email or call for assistance.
Damaged Returns Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email or call immediately.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Order Questions or Changes If you have recently placed an order via our secure online checkout service and need information about it or would like to change it, there is a number of ways to contact us. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are usually not possible.
Shutt USA will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.
Who pays return shipping costs?
Shutt USA covers return shipping costs IF the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of Shutt USA error.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or Shutt USA error will not have shipping paid for by Shutt USA. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".

Warranty Information
When you purchase "Shutt" products through "Shutt USA" you receive the full manufacture warranty. You receive a copy of the warranty info with each product ordered. Be aware that not all sellers of the "SHUTT" brand products can offer the full manufaturers warranty.
