Shift Knobs
The Shutt shift knobs have been specifically designed to be universal, although we do have some shifters with specific models for cars with lift up collar for reverse. The shift knobs have a 16mm (17/32 inch) hole, or just a little over 1/2 inch, and 1 or 3 set screws for attaching to your existing shift lever. It typically takes about 10 minutes to switch out a shift knob. If your shift knob does not just simply unscrew you may need to refer to your manual or google "remove shift knob make/model/yr" and find your car specific instruction.

Shifter Boots
Installing a shifter boot is a more custom job, although in some vehicles it can be rather easy when there is a properly sized mounting location. The specs are available so please make sure before purchase that it will fit your location.

Door Sills
The front sill plates measure 572mm (22-1/2 inch)and the rear plates 352mm (13-27/32 inch). They attach with a high quality thin double sided tape.

Steering Wheels
When purchasing a steering wheel you will also need to purchase a car specific HUB adapter. You also have the option of purchasing a quick release, a quick release is used for several reasons, one is to achieve the proper distance from your turn signal, and to make it easier to get in and out of a vehicle quickly, as well as making your vehicle more secure by removing your steering wheel when your away! There is also a lock you can purchase seperately to leave in the steering wheels place to make it nearly impossible to steal.

HUB Adapters
Shutt USA supplies HUB adapter manufactured by NRG Innovations. The HUBs all look simalar but have different splines to line up with each make and models specific spline styles. You will need to check the make and model list for each HUB adapter in order to find your specific car make and model. Get started by clicking here.

Quick Releases
The quick releases require the purchase of a short HUB adapter. The quick release goes between the short HUB adapter and the steering wheel making it east to remove, switch or secure your vehicle by taking the steering wheel with you.
